現代人越來越重視產後護理，找出許多方式讓產後媽媽放鬆、調養，月子中心更成為主流選項。不過就有一位網友認為「月子中心堪稱最坑錢服務」，而理由曝光卻引來不少網友吐槽。
原PO在臉書《匿名公社》上發文訴苦「我覺得現代台灣最坑錢的服務就是月子中心了！短短住個20-30天，常見的中價位在一天五千到一萬塊不等，一個月大約就要花二十萬元」。
同時他也感慨「原本是體貼產婦的服務，現在怎麼好像變成女性比奢華的象徵？『不讓老婆住月中就是不疼老婆』的論調也越來越多、為了月子中心吵架的也很多」，更提到其他國家都沒有此種服務「難道他們的產婦就會很受苦身體很差嗎？」

但論點卻遭曝光立刻遭其他網友吐槽「去住飯店包三餐也差不多這個價錢，還少算一個幫你帶小孩」、「如果男人只要白天拍拍屁股去上班，晚上說上班很累沒辦法幫忙帶小孩，全部丟包給產婦的話，當然會覺得去月中是一件奢侈又沒意義的事」、「其實韓國也有月子中心的喔」、「從來就不是月子中心的問題，其實是你口袋的問題」、「有多少錢做多少事，我是女生沒覺得非住不可，也不想老公壓力這麼大，也不覺得這是炫耀的工具」。
另外也有過來人點出月子中心的重要性「住月中是我人生中最爽的時候，出月中是我人生最黑暗的時候」、「以我個人經驗來說，月中對於新手爸媽是很大的幫手，第一胎沒經驗，有專人照顧寶寶，媽媽可以睡眠充足吃飽飽，奶量才會上來」、「因為第一個月是最難照顧嬰兒的時候，剛生完整個還在適應當媽的感覺，然後馬上就要開始照顧一個什麼都不會的新生兒，壓力真的很大，去月中還可以避開一些來關切跟教學的長輩」、「當初還好婆婆讓我住月中，讓我初入帶娃之路不會一頭亂撞，既能好好休息，又能手把手教我怎麼照顧嫩嬰，不懂還有人可以問，總之 真的是太好了」。（編輯：潘毅）
