林志穎22日上午在桃園出嚴重車禍，送往長庚醫院做緊急救治，稍早林志穎弟弟林志鑫與經紀人一同接受媒體訪問，除了感謝熱心民眾能夠及時救助林志穎下車外，也感謝長庚醫院醫療團隊：「傷勢我只能透露是相對穩定，之前沒有辦法即時回覆大家，是因為林志穎狀況不是很明確，接下來兩三天會是觀察重點。接下來等到跟家人進一步討論之後，會再給大家消息，謝謝所有關心他的民眾跟歌迷們。」

林志鑫表示，非常謝謝危難時救助林志穎的熱心民眾，讓他體會到台灣還是有這麼熱情的民眾，「讓林志穎能夠平安來到醫院。」傷勢部分除了聲明稿中的多處受傷骨折外，其他細節家屬不便透露，僅表示傷勢「相對穩定」，接下來兩三天會是觀察重點。

今22(日)早上約 10 點由駕駛林志穎先生及乘客兒子Jenson，因不明原因開車自撞分隔島起火燃燒，隨即被熱心路人救出送往林口 長庚醫院，目前林志穎父子正在長庚醫院進行緊急醫療處理中，林志穎先生有多處受傷及骨折，目前由長庚醫療團隊進行手術評估中，病情暫時無法詳細說明，但目前相對穩定，非常感謝社會大眾 和粉絲的關心及長庚醫療團隊的協助。

最後，要由衷感謝將林志穎先生及兒子從車中救出的好心人士，僅代表林志穎家人及公司謝謝您。
