The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. 對此,氣象專家吳德榮表示,目前西北太平洋有2個熱帶性氣壓,一個位於日本南方海面,未來將往西北方向前進,明日可能會出現迴轉的趨勢,路徑將會擦過日本本洲南部一帶,也有可能會變成颱風;另一個熱帶性低氣壓則是位於呂宋島東邊,未來是朝呂宋島方向移動,也有形成颱風的機率,不過這二個系統都不會對台灣造成影響。

根據歐洲模式最新的電腦模擬資料顯示,熱帶性低氣壓TD19目前是朝著呂宋島方向前進,與氣象局公布的路徑潛勢方向相同,未來可能會在週六、週日,為台灣帶來水氣。

至於明(23)日天氣如何?從定量降水預報圖來看,直到明日下午才會有一些午後對流發展,但降雨的範圍會非常的小,影響不大;天氣晴朗,但日夜溫差大;中、南部的山區,午後可能會有零星降雨。從地面天氣圖來看,未來的週六、週日,當熱帶性低氣壓經過呂宋島時,外圍的水氣跟東北風,將會為台灣的北部、東半部帶來明顯的降雨。尤其在東北部要特別的注意,可能會有比較大的雨勢,直到下週一(26日)以後,這種情形才會緩和下來。

氣溫方面,週五的時候,北部的高溫會達到33度,低溫則是20度左右;週六、週日因為雲多下雨,因此可以明顯的感受到白天氣溫轉涼,高溫約29、30度,低溫為21度;下週一後,水氣減少,天氣開始比較好轉,不過東半部還會有一些零星的降雨。
