談判突失聯！新北9煞闖車行砸13機車

新北市樹林區某機車行，19日晚上遭9惡煞闖入砸毀13輛機車，轄區警方獲報後，調閱監視器畫面循線將9名男子查緝到案，警方初步調查，22歲徐姓男子，因18日在三峽區與綽號「阿山」之男子發生行車糾紛，雙方約在該車行談判，由於阿山遲遲未出現，因此才會砸毀車行車輛，警全案訊後依毀損、妨害秩序等罪嫌將徐男等9人移送法辦。

據了解，19日晚上9時許，樹林警分局接獲報案指稱，某機車行遭人闖入並砸毀13輛機車，經警方擴大調閱監視器掌握犯案車輛及涉嫌人身分，20、21日分別將22歲徐男等9人查緝到案。

面對警方偵訊，徐男供稱18日在三峽區與綽號「阿山」之男子發生行車糾紛，互留LINE聯繫在樹林區該間車行談判，事後2人互嗆，徐男等人先於萬華區華中橋下集結後率眾到車行找尋「阿山」未果，認為阿山在車行上班，因此才動手砸毀車行車輛。

車行李姓老闆表示，自己不認識對方，也沒有員工叫做阿山的男子，車行無辜遭砸毀相當無奈，因此憤而向對方提告毀損；警方同時清查機車行員工及涉嫌人皆無幫派註記身分，全案訊後將涉案的徐男等9人依毀損、妨害秩序等罪嫌移送法辦。
