台北市第二殯儀館昨日鬧出推棺人員鬥毆事件，雙方一路從地下一樓打到1樓，過程被附近民眾錄影上傳，引發外界抨擊。大安分局今日表示，已傳喚兩名鬧事男子到場，將依照違反社會秩序維護法送辦。北市府殯葬處表示，兩人在市立殯葬設施內鬥毆滋事，對業者開罰1萬元。

殯葬處表示，經查身分為殯葬業的推棺人員，非市府殯葬處工作人員，當事人雙方因細故口角，演變成肢體衝突，嚴重影響治喪安寧，該行為已違反台北市殯葬管理自治條例第8條，進入市立殯葬設施，應遵守設施使用管理辦法規定及管理人員指示，並不得有鬥毆、滋事、妨礙安寧或製造髒亂之行為。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. 殯葬處表示，依該條例第24條第2項的規定，可裁處1萬元以上3萬元以下罰鍰，最後以罰1萬元以茲警惕，並函文北市葬儀商業同業公會轉知所屬會員，應致力約束員工行為、提升公司專業形象及遵守殯儀館治喪秩序，為往生者及家屬提供莊嚴、肅穆的治喪服務。
