台南二分局會同環保局稽查違法改造及噪音超標機車，1個晚上舉發68件，有騎士被攔下，PO網抱怨自己改裝都符合規定，現場20幾名員警圍著車，好像在抓10大通緝要犯，柿子挑軟的吃。但警方表示，有住戶反映改裝車輛太吵，才會不定期攔查。

騎士：「你不要給我開罰單喔，我沒錢繳。」

騎士：「不好意思。」

而這名男騎士車身加裝LED燈，夜間騎乘閃個不停、超刺眼，也被員警揪出。台南警方會同環保局監理站人員路邊大規模攔檢機車，逐一檢查是否有違法改裝以及噪音超標，有機車騎士被攔下，不滿PO文「年底到了缺業績，車輛改裝符合規定，大燈改成LED燈也有證明文件」、「現場20幾名員警圍著車，像是在抓十大通緝要犯，改裝汽車違停都不抓，柿子專挑軟的」。

台南二分局員警：「你有驗過排氣管的噪音了嗎？」

騎士：「都驗過啦。」

台南二分局員警：「都驗過了，怎麼沒貼紙？」

騎士：「你們貼貼紙之前驗的啊，貼紙之前很久驗的啊。」

台南二分局員警：「你說有貼紙之前很久驗的嗎？」

騎士：「對啊，他是有貼紙之前就驗的啊！我覺得你們很擾民。」

PO文騎士拍下影片，車況未符合規範以及噪音超標五分貝，要求改善，但車子整體評估判定符合。

第二分局副分局長李忠憲：「那今年本分局針對改裝車輛也蒐證通報環保局，實施召回檢驗700百多件，這項工作也將不定期執行，以維護民眾的安寧秩序及用路安全。」

以台南二分局1個晚上共舉發了改裝車輛56件、無照駕駛2件、排氣管噪音車輛10件，全部加起來68件，民眾反映晚上改裝車噪音太吵，台南員警大動作攔檢稽查，其實沒有符合規定都得被舉發開罰。
